Some myths aren’t fantasy.

When Russia attacked Snake Island in February 2022, millions heard Ukraine’s defiant response: “Russian warship, go f*ck yourself.” But few knew about the island's mysterious past—where the Greeks believed the souls of their greatest heroes roamed after death.

From the island’s rubble, Russian soldiers unearth relics thought only to exist in myth. As this discovery threatens to reshape the global order, gifted CIA analyst Noa Banks gets a desperate call from her ex-boyfriend, archaeologist Matías Alvarez. His urgent news propels them on a perilous mission, chasing lost clues from the ruins of Greece to the sands of Egypt. Together, Noa and Matías must evade a fearsome enemy as they uncover a hidden legacy that challenges everything they know.

Praise for The Heir of Achilles

connecting real ancient mysteries to today

The Heir of Achilles is for readers fascinated by the hidden links between history and our modern world. The story is rooted in actual clues from ancient texts and archaeology.

about ME

I grew up watching the original Indiana Jones trilogy and reading Michael Crichton novels. My favorite stories are the ones based on wild theories that somehow seem plausible (like cloning dinosaurs or finding the Ark of the Covenant).

My conversations with historians, writers, and archaeologists from around the world on the Ancient Heroes podcast helped inform the research behind the book. The Heir of Achilles is my first novel, so I worked with a team of experienced editors and designers to make sure the final product is top notch.
